Skill: Deadlift

Strength:

  • Weighted Pull-ups 4x5 (Work to 5 RM)
  • 10 Medball slams  

* Perform each exercise back to back with a 2 minute rest between, working on mobility between sets

WOD: 6 Rounds

  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 10 Push-ups
