Strength:

  • Snatch 4x2 @ 75%
  • Back Squat 1x 20 as heavy as possible

WOD: Partner WOD 4 Rounds

  • 250 M Row
  • Static Hold with Kettlebells at chest, handles must be touching (53/35 lb.)
