  • Handstands
  • Hip Mobility

Strength:

  • 5x2 Snatch + Snatch Balance @ 75 %

WOD: 3 RDS – 4 Min AMRAP

  • Max Pull-up (Strict then Kipping)
  • Max Push-up (No hand release)
  • Max Double Unders (20 Minimum) 

* Rest 2 Minutes after each Round

Post Workout: Good Mornings 3 x 10
