  • Superman Rocks 20

(Rest 20 seconds)

WOD: Partner WOD - 5 RFT

  • Burpee Broad Jump (Length of Black Mats - sprint back and tag partner on wall)
  • Handstand Hold (while the partner is jumping)

Then: after 2 minute rest 

  • Race to 100 Goblet Squats  53 KB/ 35 KB (50 Each - divide as needed)

Post: 1 Mile Run
