Power Cleans (135/95) - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

HSPUs - 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 

3 Burpees every 3 minutes

Example: 1st round: 1 PC + 10 HSPU, 2nd round: 2 PC + 9 HSPU
