ANNOUNCEMENT: LAST DAY TO SIGN UP AND RECEIVE A SHIRT!!!

We are the official Barbells for Boobs host for Central Arkansas. EVERY box in the area is welcome to join us for an evening of Grace and a yoga cool down after October 17th at 6PM at CrossFit Little Rock.

Barbells for Boobs is inspired by athletes everywhere, local communities come together, fundraise, and help us detect potentially life threatening breast cancer occurrences.

Back Squat
40% x5
50% x 5
60% x ME (no more than 15 reps)

Accumulate 50 reps of power cleans. You choose the weight. Last 20 reps should be heavy

MetCon:

Every 3 minutes complete the following for 5 total rounds. Rest the remainder of the 3 mins if all reps are completed. (No score)

15 front squats (95/65)
12 Russian kb swings (53/35)
10 burpee box jump (20")
