ANNOUNCEMENT:  If you received a medal this past weekend at the Little Rock Marathon bring it with you to the box so we can get a picture of you with it.  We are proud of each and every one of you and want to show Little Rock that CrossFitters can run too :)

Skill/Strength: 

Handstand Work

  • Push-ups (accumulate 40 reps)
  • Walks (accumulate 40 feet)
  • Holds (accumulate 2 minutes)

WOD:

12 Minute AMRAP

10 Burpees

20 Sit-ups

10 American Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
