ANNOUNCEMENT:  We will NOT have the 6PM class this Friday in preparation for us hosting The Rocktown Throwdown on Saturday.  We will also not have open gym on Saturday.  

If you would like to volunteer PLEASE let us know and we will get you signed up.  This is the biggest CrossFit event in Little Rock history and we will need all the help we can get.

5 Two-fers

5 Pistols each leg

10 push-ups

15 sit-ups
