So the weatherman says that this will be a record low for summer temperatures for what is usually the hottest week of the year.  They said something about polar ice caps.  I could care less about the reason, all I know is we will be taking advantage of the weather and be running in every WOD this week.  Get your Gazelle shoes on because we are running!
