It’s finally here! Testing Week! Excited to see big numbers after all your hard work! 

Be sure to HYDRATE, fuel properly, and stretch daily this week. If you’ve been 

consistently participating in the program over the past five weeks, you are sure to 

have some fun this week! Good Luck! Be sure to record your new maxes on both the 

class board and the PR board.

Monday

STRENGTH

In 10 sets or less of 1 rep, Find your 1 rep max Back Squat

In 10 sets or less of 1 rep, Find your 1 rep max Deadlift

In 10 sets or less of 1 rep, Find your 1 rep max Push Press

This, along with an adequate warm-up will be the entire class. The weights, and only 

the weights are our focus for today, so enjoy not having to get your heart rate up 

and put all of your focus into your lifts.
