Pull-up technique 

1 set max effort pull-up (strict, kipping, butterfly, or ring row)

1 set max effort forearm plank (for time)

1 set max effort (American) Kb swing (53/35)

METCON 

2 rounds for time:

100 double under 

30 toes to bar

20 Russian KB swing (53/35)

10 HSPU
