In teams of 2-4 (depending on class size). 2 Minutes of rest between attempts. 

  • 2 Minute Max Effort Push-ups
  • 2 Minute Max Effort Lunges
  • 2 Minute Max Effort Mountain Climbers

Relay Race

15 Minute AMRAP

100M Run 

20 KBS (53/35)

*One partner completes a 100M Run and 20 KBS then tags their partner in for the next round.
