SKILL/STRENGTH:

  • Front Squats 7 x 5 @ 75%
  • 7 Minute EMOM - Power Cleans 3 reps work up to 60lbs under your 1RM

METCON:

Bear Complex

5 Sets of 7 Reps

  • Power Clean (135/95)
  • Front Squat
  • Push Press 
  • Back Squat
  • Push Press

*The goal is to not drop the bar during the 7 reps. But, you can rest as needed
