ANNOUNCEMENT:  Join Coach Jonathan at Lost Forty Brewery Wednesday Night at 6PM for Lululemon's Stay Natural Week 5k.  Coach Jonathan will be leading that group through warm-ups and CrossFit movements throughout the 5k.
