FOUNDATIONS

Please Note: Foundations Program must be completed before moving on to regular CrossFit group classes.

After you have completed your free introductory class you can sign up for the next Foundation program (please note you do not have to complete a free intro class to begin Foundations). CrossFit Little Rock Foundations is a program that introduces our new members to deadlift, squatting (overhead, back and front), weighted press, power cleans, core training, bodyweight movements and the CFLR dynamic warm-up. Foundations consist of FIVE PRIVATE one-on-one sessions. 

Once you complete Foundations you can move on to our regular group classes. Please note, if you have pre-existing injuries or are de-conditioned, additional private coaching sessions may be required before moving into our fast-paced group classes.

Foundations Class Times
