CrossFit is functional fitness designed for anyone. Through a constantly varied combination of movements (i.e. squatting, pushing, pulling, pressing) performed at high intensity, CrossFit is the best fitness program out there for building a higher level of fitness. CrossFit is unlike anything you've ever tried before. Inspired by gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, climbing, throwing, rowing, and running, CrossFit encompasses many sports. Our tools consist of barbells, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, among other things. CrossFit focuses on improving the ten domains of fitness: cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, speed, and power.  The best part about CrossFit is all of our workouts are scalable and anyone can join in!

Once you have completed the Foundations Program you are ready to join the CrossFit group training classes. CrossFit group training is what we are all about and the main offering at CrossFit Little Rock. In the CrossFit group classes we will push you to a level you didn’t know existed. Constantly ramping up the intensity and speed based on your proficiency of your lifts. CrossFit group training is offered multiple times throughout the day. No matter what training time you attend you will find a coach and workout partners that will encourage, motivate and push you to be your best. CrossFit Little Rock does not offer a “quick fix”. We offer a community and a lifestyle that will make you happier and healthier. We will educate and help you develop goals for yourself.

If you are short on time then CrossFit group training is for you. The workouts rarely go over 45 minutes and will have you completely worn out!  View the schedule and select your membership.

Please Note: Foundations Program must be completed before moving on to regular CrossFit group classes.

After you have completed your free introductory class you can sign up for the next Foundation program (please note you do not have to complete a free intro class to begin Foundations). CrossFit Little Rock Foundations is done on an individual basis and tailored to your schedule.  The program will introduce our athletes to deadlift, squatting (overhead, back and front), weighted press, power cleans, core training, bodyweight movements and the CFLR dynamic warm-up. Once you complete Foundation you can move on to our regular group classes. Please note, if you have pre-existing injuries or are deconditioned, additional private coaching sessions may be required before moving into our fast-paced group classes.
